Possible Reason 1
(customer consider LED Glowing means device active but is water flowing indicator).
For standard Timer, if LED Red is glowing, it means device allow the water.
RED LIGHT GLOWS IN 2 Conditions
1.When you manual push the BUTTON TO ON. RED GLOW WATER FLOWS 2.When Your Set ON time triggers-lets say if ON time is set at 7:00AM & OFF time at 7:05AM. – AT 7:00AM LED glows water Passes. 7:05AM LED TURNS OF AND water passing from output STOP.
Solution 1:
KEEP the device in OFF Condition (LED WILL NOT GLOW) AND check if water Passes.
Possible Reason 2
(Customer Connects the water source pipe to output side.)
Autogardner All model usually the Left side of the device is input. But based on customer requirement we also some time change it to Right as per the required customer site.
So, there may be chance customer may mistakenly - connects the water line to output side, - if so than water freely from other.
THAT’S A UNIQUE FEATURE OF AUTOGARDNER TO SELF FLUSH THE CLEAN THE PATH.
Solution 2:
Disconnect from the current side and connect it to other side of the device and check if autogardner holds the water when autogardner in OFF condition.
Wrong Password of Wifi :- 35% of customer challenge
1st You WiFi router should have active internet.(please check your data pan is active).2nd This is most common challenge with JIO or AIRTEL INTERNET BROAD BAND, but can be easily solved. Because Fiber broadband is Default set to 5GHZ or AUTO.
a. Go to router setting, if unable to do speak to your internet provider.b. Than select Network. c. Under Network will show Frequency/Band with dropdown & select 2.4GHZ
1.Turn off secondary mobile wifi hotspot 2.Connect you main mobile having the device app to the secondary mobile app. 3.Try to pair autogardner/autopet. 4.Once, its successfully pairs, use the device test on and off. 5.Now turn the Device off for 20 secs, 6.Now connect your main mobile to your home router wifi and execute the pairing process. This will solve the problem
Offline troubleshooting:-
1.The offline events can be caused by the router changing 2.4G channels, renewing WAN or LAN IP Addresses, or simply running out of resources while trying to clear cache and handle a lot of devices at one time.
2.Occasionally, your devuce may go offline due to network connectivity. ... Even if your device is not too far from your router, there may be different materials (walls, floors, metal, concrete, plaster) that can block the WiFi signal. Minimize the number of physical obstructions between the camera and router.
3.If the network is normal but your device is still offline, check whether too many devices are connected to the Wi-Fi network. If this is the case, restart the router, power off the device, and power it on again. Then wait for two to three minutes and check whether the device is connected.
4.If your devices are continually falling offline, the problem is almost always related to poor wifi connectivity caused by signal fluctuations, channel congestion, or data loss. In rare cases, however, this can be caused by settings in your router.
